The fusion machine was the first fully self-contained machine of its kind and today, its more powerful than ever. The Rolling 412 can fuse pipe sizes ranging from 4" IPS to 12" DIPS and it boasts a wheeled chassis designed to simplify and improve maneuverability on the job site. The machine we offer can be ordered in three different types of cylinders as well as the option of hydraulic or manual clamping.
Completely redesigned based on real world use feedback, the TracStar® 412 Series 2 Fusion Machine Package utilizes a new cowling design intended to improve heat dissipation while allowing better access to its machine maintenance features. It also boasts a refreshed electrical system for improved circuit protection. A battery disconnect is now incorporated to allow for simplified lockout.
