The Pit Bull® 26 Fusion Machine Package utilizes McElroy’s patented Centerline Guidance System. This is a balanced force system you’ll only find on McElroy machines. It works by placing the pipe clamping jaw centerline on the same plane as the pipe's centerline. The force created during the fusion passes through the pipe center, resulting in an equal distribution of force around the diameter of the pipe. This allows for an even, continuous bead formation and quality joint. Ells, tees, and other fittings can all be butt fused with the Pit Bull 26. We have two packages available: standard and productivity. The latter package also includes a pair of McElroy’s highly useful PolyPorter®.
The Pit Bull® 14 Fusion Machine Package can fuse pipes as small as 1” or as large 4” DIPS provided it has the proper inserts. Much like the Pit Bull 26, it is designed to be compact and lightweight while being rugged for use in a multitude of environments. It is also available in a standard and productivity package through the McElroy Parts website.
