Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back your items.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
- The restocking fee is waived for items returned due to damage or defect and no refund will be given.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and should be notified within 48 hours of receiving the order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@mcelroyparts.com
