The DataLogger 6 is comprised of the essential tools required to properly record critical data from a job site. Simply scan the pipe or fitting barcode and the information regarding pipe material, size, manufacture date and lot is entered automatically. The machine also allows the option of adding operator and machine information plus GPS location of each joint and even photos.
The DataLogger allows recording and documenting important fusion process parameters of the fusion process to find out if a joint correctly fused using the pressure and times based on existing standards. Factors such as the heat soak times and pressure, the fusion time and pressure and cool time can all be stored in the DataLogger. With the real-time fusion graph, operators always have instant visual feedback on joint fusion integrity.
