The TracStar 1200 Fusion Machine Package is a self-contained solution that can easily fuse pipe from 16" OD to 48" OD (450mm to 1200mm). Among its several premium features is the onboard generator that allows the machine to generate power to the heater and facer, which is handily positioned close to the fixed jaws for better pipe transfer. If you need to get some work done inside of a ditch, the carriage was made to be secure yet you won’t experience much hassle when it comes to revival. Even with the TracStar 1200 machine’s immense power, the engine still manages to adhere to the EPA’s Tier 4 standards. In addition, the advanced emission control technology gets rid of the need to utilize diesel exhaust fluid.
The TracStar 500 Series 3 Fusion Machine Package is already a historic piece of machinery as it was first fusion to ever be mounted on a track system, allowing it to remain conveniently mobile regardless of the terrain. In fact, its success paved the way for the rest of McElroy’s powerful and widely used TracStar line. Its features include standard Hydraulic Clamping, a pair of pipe lifts, and an engine throttle setting that allows for fuel conservation, to name a few.
