A self-contained and propelled solution, the 2016 TracStar® 900 HF Fusion Machine Package can be used in any terrain conditions. It has a generator on board which provides the power for the heat as well as a removable carriage that can be used in ditches. The machine can fuse pipe sizes from 12" IPS to 36" OD.
The 2015 MegaMc® 1648 HF 220-240V, 50/60Hz, 3 Phase Fusion Machine Package has less than 130 hours on the meter and will easily butt fuse pipe sizes ranging from 16” OD to 48” OD (450mm to 1200mm). Most butt fusion fittings will not require outer jaw removal or special holders thanks to the machine design.
